Today we:
- finished our WWII notes
- worked on the WWII map as a group
- took a few notes on the Cold War
- worked on the Cold War worksheet and map assignment (due MONDAY)

Tommorrow:
- Group projects are due!
- WWI and WWII QUIZ!

Today we:
- took a few notes on Canadian contributions to WWII, looked at some maps of specific battles
- we will be finishing up the notes and doing a mapping activity tommorrow.

- Remember, group projects are due on Friday.
- We will also be having a short QUIZ on FRIDAY on WWI and WWII.

Today we:
- went over the WWI crossword puzzle
- recieved information from Mr. Romanchuk regarding REGISTRATION for grade 11! (Don't forget to return your yellow sheets!)
- took notes on the causes of WWII.

Today was the last period of in-class time to work on the WWI project in your groups. Projects are due on Friday, April 7.
Tommorrow we will have the weekly current events presentation, and we will start learning about Canada and World War II.

Happy Spring Break

Hope everyone is having a nice spring break!

For Monday, April 3, 2006:
- We will have one more class of library and computer lab time for the WWI group project. After that there is NO MORE class time for the project. Completed projects are due on Friday, April 7.
- Please bring your WWI crosswords for Monday. I didn't get around to going over them on Friday, but I would like to do so on Monday.
- Tuesday we will be starting Canada and WWII!
